Required documents and frequently asked questions
What documents do I need to buy a firearm?
For lethal firearms you need your identity document, a valid firearms licence and the purchase permit issued by the competent police unit, in accordance with Law no. 295/2004. For non-lethal firearms the documents depend on the category of the firearm.
In the quote we send you, we state exactly which documents are required for each product in your cart.
Can I send a quote request if I do not yet have a licence or purchase permit?
Yes. The quote request does not commit you to anything and helps you find out the price and availability. However, the product can only be handed over once you present the documents required by law. We can guide you through the steps for obtaining a purchase permit.
What documents do I need for accessories and parts?
Accessories that are not firearms or essential firearm parts (scopes, slings, bags, magazines, where applicable) can be bought with an identity document only. Essential parts (barrels, bolts, receivers) are subject to the same rules as the firearm. We will confirm the status of each product in the quote.
What happens after I send the quote request?
You immediately receive a copy of the request by email. We will contact you as soon as possible with the final price, availability and the documents required. You can reserve the products and collect them from our showroom in București after the documents have been checked.
Is the quote request an order?
No. The quote request is not an order and does not involve any payment. The sale is concluded only after the quote has been confirmed and the documents checked, at our premises or under the conditions permitted by law.
