Description

Colt Python Royal Blue, 4 inch, .357 Magnum calibre, made in 1965, in exceptional condition, practically NIB – New in Box / unfired.

  • the Royal Blue finish is very deep and even;
  • no wear is visible on the edges of the barrel or cylinder;
  • no signs of oxidation or spotting;
  • the walnut grips with Colt medallions are excellent;
  • the screws show no signs of having been removed;
  • overall appearance: 98–100% collector condition.
  • no cylinder turn line,
  • it falls into the category most sought after by collectors.
  • Market value – 2025: revolver only, 100%, unfired: 5,500 – 6,500 €
  • My recommendation as a collector: this example is not a “shooter” but an investment-grade Python. In its present condition it is already a high-end collector’s piece with long-term appreciation potential.
