Description
Brief history
The Smith & Wesson Model 67 was introduced in 1972 as the stainless-steel version of the famous Model 15 “Combat Masterpiece”. It is a revolver built on the medium K-frame, chambered in .38 S&W Special, with a six-round cylinder, a 4-inch barrel and adjustable sights.
The model was designed for police, target and service use, combining the accuracy of the Model 15 with the corrosion resistance of stainless-steel construction. No-dash examples are the first production variant and retain the classic features: a pinned barrel, the traditional Smith & Wesson action and no modern internal lock.
The example with serial number 6K57974 dates from 1974, a year consistent with the 6K serial range. Smith & Wesson Forum

For the 1974 example:
realistic market value: 750–950 EUR;

Its exceptional condition, no-dash configuration and original grips give it greater collector interest than an ordinary used Model 67.
